Ahold Delhaize announces the nomination of a new member to its Supervisory Board

Zaandam, the Netherlands, February 24, 2026 - Ahold Delhaize today announces the nomination of Neela Montgomery for appointment to Ahold Delhaize's Supervisory Board. The Supervisory Board will propose her appointment alongside the proposal to reappoint Pauline van der Meer Mohr to the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Shareholders on April 8, 2026. 

Neela is a British national, a seasoned global CEO who has held senior leadership roles in technology, retail and healthcare. She is recognized as an expert in digital transformation and omnichannel retail. Most recently she served as CEO of Orveon Global, a multi-brand beauty company and previously led CVS Pharmacy during the COVID period. She also led Crate & Barrel as CEO and Executive Chairwoman between 2014-2020 transforming it into a modern retail leader in home furnishings. Neela started her career at Tesco where she served in various roles across merchandising, e-commerce and strategy over 12 years. She currently holds non-executive board positions at amongst others Logitech and Kibo.  

Pauline van der Meer Mohr is a Dutch national and has been on the Supervisory Board of Ahold Delhaize since April 13, 2022. Pauline serves as the Chair of the Remuneration Committee. She is also a member of the Health & Sustainability Committee.  

Furthermore, the company announces that Laura Miller will be stepping down from its Supervisory Board as per the end of the AGM on April 8, 2026.
